Four graduate teachers have been appointed on promotion to the post of Principal in the primary school system of the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development.

The teachers, who received official correspondence at the end of last term, are Rose-Claire Knight-Blades of the Eden Lodge Nursery School;?? Jennifer Robinson of St. Mary’s Primary; Marjarita Sobers of Holy Innocent’s Primary and Nola Cummins-Lewis of Hindsbury Primary School.

Appointments to the teaching service are likely to continue in the new school year as there are currently 137 vacant posts for Senior Teachers and 37 available posts for Principals within primary schools alone.
