Legal professionals, administrators and business leaders are being invited to participate in the Fair Trading Commission’s (FTC) two-day Annual Training Programme in Competition Law and Policy.
The event, which will be held at the Accra Beach Hotel & Spa, Rockley, Christ Church, starts on Monday, March 11, at 9:30 a.m.
Presentations will be made by Deputy Assistant Director, Bureau of Competition, U.S. Federal Trade Commission, Daniel Zach, and representatives from the FTC, including Director of Fair Competition, Antonio Thompson.
The focus will be on Introduction to Competition Law, Abuse of Dominance, Mergers and Agreements and Case Analysis.
The workshop is an outreach opportunity where the Commission’s officers engage with participants to provide a better understanding of competition law.
