Fire Service To Celebrate 60 Years
To mark its Diamond Anniversary, the Barbados Fire Service will host several activities over the coming months.
The celebrations, which run until October, will commence with a Thanksgiving Service at New Dimension Ministries, The Transformation Centre, Barbarees Hill, St. Michael, on Sunday, April 19, at 8:00 a.m.
Road Works At Dayrells Road
The Transport Authority is advising the public that road works are currently being carried out at the junction of Navy Gardens Road and Dayrells Main Road, St. Michael, to allow for the laying of a pipeline and concrete works.
Work will continue over the next four weeks, Mondays to Fridays, between the hours of 7.30 am and 4.30 p.m.??Members of the public are urged to adhere to the road signs and directions given by personnel on site. Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
