Agrofest Vendors Urged To Apply For Licences Early

Vendors participating in this year???s Agrofest are being advised to apply for their licences early.

This request has come from Principle Environmental Health Officer of the Winston Scott Polyclinic, William Richards, who is encouraging all vendors who will be erecting temporary restaurants or conducting sampling at Agrofest to apply for their licenses a minimum of two weeks prior to the event.

This will allow Environmental Health Officers enough time to visit the venues where food will be prepared before it is transported to Queens Park, The City.

Vendors are also reminded that they should bring their receipts confirming payment for stall space at Agrofest when applying for licences.

Agrofest 2014 will take place from February 28 to March 2, in Queens Park, The City, under the theme: Encouraging Entrepreneurship through Innovative Agriculture.
