Athletes Asked To Collect Their Medals

The Department of Constituency Empowerment has informed all the athletes who were awarded in the recently-concluded National Senior Games Track and Field events, to collect their medals.

They may do so from the Head Office of the Department, 4th Floor Warrens Office Complex, Warrens, St. Michael.

Medals may be collected on Thursday, May 14, and Friday, May 15, between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., and from Monday, May 18, to Friday, May 22, also between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

RBPF Band Holds Variety Concert

Members of the public are invited to a community outreach variety concert hosted by the Royal Barbados Police Force Band at the Rices Playing Field, Rices, St. Philip, on Friday, May 15, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

There will also be presentations by Richard Stoute, Anderson ???Blood??? Armstrong, John King, Stedson ???Red Plastic Bag??? Wiltshire, Adrian Clarke, and the St. Martin???s Mangrove and Reynold Weekes Primary Schools.

The concert forms part of the Band???s 125th anniversary celebrations, which will be hosted in a different parish each month.
