Suspension Of Dental Services At Randal Phillips
The public is advised that there has been a suspension of dental services at the Randal Phillips Polyclinic, Oistins, Christ Church until Monday, November 17.
However, emergency cases involving children will continue to be accommodated. Adults requiring treatment may visit the St. Philip Polyclinic on Wednesdays.
The Ministry of Health apologises for any inconvenience caused.
Ministry Of Health Household Survey Starts Monday
The Ministry of Health will be undertaking a national household survey, beginning Monday, November 10, to collect information for its National Health Accounts exercise.
The National Health Accounts process uses an internationally-accepted framework to track the amount and flow of resources within the health sector in a given period.
The information allows the Ministry to analyse how resources are being used and to better develop and implement equitable and effective health care policies.
Trained survey enumerators will visit households from November 10 to December 5. Householders are asked to support the initiative by answering the questions posed to them.
