Mass Crowd Stakeholder Consultation
Organisers of mass crowd events and venue owners are invited to a stakeholder consultation on the Mass Crowd Policy and Plan, on Monday, November 24, at the Queen???s Park Steel Shed, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Interested persons are asked to come out and offer their comments and make suggestions on the plan.
Ebola The Topic At DEO Meeting
The Ebola Virus Disease will be the topic under discussion, when the St. Philip West District Emergency Organisation holds its monthly meeting on Tuesday, November 25, at the Princess Margaret Secondary School, Six Roads, St. Philip, beginning at 8:00 p.m.
Residents in surrounding districts and other interested persons are invited to attend.
Second Coastal Lecture On November 29
Members of the public, including parents and their children, are invited to the second lecture hosted by the Coastal Zone Management Unit (CZMU) on Saturday, November 29, at the Holetown Concrete Walkway, Holetown, St. James, beginning at 4:30 p.m.
Persons attending this lecture under the theme: Why Coastal Zone Management are asked to note that that they should meet at the Folkestone Park and Marine Reserve.
Speakers for the lecture are Acting Director of the CZMU, Dr. Lorna Inniss; Acting Coastal Planner, Fabian Hinds; and former Deputy Director of the CZMU, now Acting Director of the Drainage Division, Antonio Rowe.
A jumping tent will be provided for children during the lecture.
