St. Philip Outpatients Clinic To Close Tomorrow
The public is advised that the St. Philip Outpatients Clinic at Gall Hill, St. John, will be closed tomorrow, Friday, November 28, due to a water outage, as the Barbados Water Authority continues work in the area.
The Ministry of Health apologises for any inconvenience which may be caused.
Ebola Simulation Exercise Next Week
The Ministry of Health will hold another simulation exercise next week to test the country???s preparedness for dealing with a case of Ebola.
The exercise, which aims to identify any gaps in planning so that these areas may be strengthened, will take place at one of the ports of entry.
Several agencies in the health sector, security forces and other stakeholder organisations will be involved. As a result, members of the public may encounter personnel conducting various exercises and they are advised not to be alarmed, since this forms part of the simulation.
