Members of the public have been advised that Government offices will close at 3:00 p.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, January 6.
This is to facilitate public officers attending the official launch of celebrations to mark Barbados??? 50th Anniversary of Independence.
In addition, all polyclinics will close at 3:00 p.m. As a result, the Extended Hours and Fast Track Services at the polyclinics will not be available.
The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, located at the Elsie Payne Complex, Constitution Road, St. Michael, will also close tomorrow, Wednesday, January 6, at 2:00 p.m. to facilitate the official launch of celebrations to mark Barbados??? 50th Anniversary of Independence.
The offices of the Student Revolving Loan Fund, located in the same compound, will also close at 2:00 p.m.??The Ministry regrets any inconvenience which the closures may cause.
