Government pharmacies operating under the aegis of the Barbados Drug Service will be closed for one day during January and February to facilitate stocktaking.

Pharmacies to be closed this week are Edgar Cochrane, Wildey, St. Michael, on Wednesday, January 27; the Psychiatric Hospital, Black Rock, St. Michael, on Thursday, January 28, and Randal Phillips, Oistins, Christ Church, on Friday, January 29.

During February, the pharmacy at the Maurice Byer Polyclinic, Station Hill, St. Peter, will be closed on February 1; the Branford Taitt pharmacy, Black Rock, St. Michael, on February 2; the Glebe Polyclinic???s pharmacy at the Glebe, St. George, on February 3; the pharmacy at the St. Philip District Hospital on February 4; and the Ladymeade Reference Unit???s pharmacy on February 5.

Pharmacies which will be closed February 8 to 12 are the St. Andrew Out-Patients Clinic on February 8; the St. Philip Polyclinic on February 9; the Geriatric Hospital on February 10; the Barbados Drug Service???s Office on February 11; and the St. Thomas Out-Patients Clinic on February 12.

On February 15, the pharmacy at the St. Joseph Out-Patients Clinic will be closed, and on February 16, the Eunice Gibson Polyclinic???s Pharmacy at Warrens, St. Michael will be closed.??
