The public now has until Friday, March 4, to take the Ministry of Civil Service???s e-survey.??To access the e-survey, members of the public must log on to www.reform.gov.bb/egov.

They may also call the Acting E-government Development Officer, Haseley Straughn, for further information at 535-4457 or email haseley.straughn@barbados.gov.bb.

Government is currently working to develop important initiatives in an effort to give Barbadians greater and easier access to its information and services.

This e-survey will assist the Ministry???s team in prioritising the e-services which will make the public???s experience with government easier, faster and more convenient.

The E-government Strategy was approved by Cabinet in 2006 and is now being revised to reflect the current state of ICT in the public sector and the changes in technology.

Deloitte has been retained to develop a new E-government Master Plan for the public sector and following stakeholder consultations, key components for the Master Plan have been identified.
