Residents of Deighton Road, Grazettes, St. Michael are being invited to assist in beautifying their community.
The National Conservation Commission (NCC) in association with the Barbados Community Tourism Network (BCTN) is inviting residents of Deighton Road, Grazettes, St. Michael and its environs to come out in their numbers and participate in a clean-up and beautification community activity, on Saturday, November 16, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
NCC’s Senior Project Officer, Ricardo Marshall believes initiatives such as this present a great opportunity for residents and businesses in specific areas to positively impact on the health and aesthetics of the neighborhood.
Mr. Marshall is urging groups such as families, friends and workplaces to mobilize next Saturday and join the NCC and the BCTN to assist their community.
