Questions relating to the ban on single use plastics should be directed to the Help Desk established at the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and the Blue Economy.

Officials at the ministry are ready to assist in addressing any concerns relating to the ban.
The importation of petro-base single use plastic took effect on Monday, April 1, while the distribution, retail and use of the products will be banned effective Monday, July 1.
