The City & Guilds Caribbean will present Principal of the Samuel Jackman Prescod Polytechnic (SJPP), Hector Belle with an Honorary Membership next Friday, February 15, at the SJPP, Wildey, St. Michael, at noon.
Minister of Education and Human Resource Development, Ronald Jones, will deliver remarks and present the award to Mr. Belle during a brief ceremony.
Regional Manager of City & Guilds Caribbean, Reverend Guy Hewitt, will also address the event.
The Honorary Membership is conferred in recognition of personal contribution to education, training and assessment.
City & Guilds is recognised as a world leader in vocational education and business training.??
