The Barbados Community College’s Hospitality Institute is inviting members of the public to learn a new skill in the New Year. It is offering a number of certificate courses commencing in January 2019.
Interested persons may learn to plan and organize events with the Event Management course, enhance their cooking skills with the Basic Trade Cookery course, or be introduced to the world of mixology and techniques to serving beverages with the Bar Operations course.
Additionally, there are a number of operational skills courses, such as Food, Beverage & Hospitality Operation Management or Front Office Reception and Sales Procedures.
