A hotline to respond to public queries about the coronavirus, COVID-19, has been set up within the Ministry of Health and Wellness
The telephone number is 536-4500. The 24-hour hotline, which is manned by public health officers, went into operation on Monday. Â
According to Acting Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Anton Best, in an instance where an officer is unable to respond immediately to a query, there is a system in place for a follow-up call to be made, once the information is ascertained.
