The HIV Awareness group in the Ministry of Tourism and International Transport will be staging a dramatic presentation to mark its 10 years of involvement in the National AIDS Programme.

The one and a half hour dramatic piece entitled: Images of Hope ??? AN HIV Perspective, will be held tomorrow, Thursday, October 24, at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre, Two Mile Hill, St. Michael, starting at 5:30 p.m.

Minister of Tourism and International Transport, Richard Sealy and Director of the National HIV/AIDS Commission, Jacqueline Wiltshire-Gay, will deliver remarks during the presentation.

The play will feature some of the most highly regarded actors and actresses on the local scene including Philip Eno, Simon Alleyne, Toni-ann Johnson and Zahra Warner, who will tell stories about HIV, through various monologues.

As part of the production, there will also be music, dance and an on-screen presentation to highlight the importance of education in understanding the social and economic impact of the virus on families and the country.
