Members of the local business community will have the opportunity to learn more about industrial relations, when the Labour Department hosts four more seminars at the Warrens Office Complex, Warrens, St. Michael.
Entitled "Labour Legislation and Industrial Relations Best Practice", the half-day sessions will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, February 3; Thursday, February 4; Wednesday, February 24 and Thursday, February 25.
The seminars are part of the Ministry’s effort to keep employers, employees and other stakeholders abreast of pertinent legislative issues.
They also focus on ways to reduce workplace conflict and enhance productivity.
Sessions will be held from 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The first two sessions were held on January 13 and 14, with some 60 participants drawn from across the business community.
