Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and International Business, Donville Inniss

Barbados will be represented at the Eighty-Seventh Session of the ACP Council of Ministers and the Thirty-Third Session of the Joint ACP-European Commission (EC) Council of Ministers to be held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and International Business, Donville Inniss, will attend the June 8 to 13 meetings.  

It is expected that the principal issues to be considered at the meetings will include trade matters, both relating to the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA), which was recently initialed in Barbados, and negotiations relating to the World Trade Organisation (WTO). Development finance cooperation, ministerial consultations on commodities and the Centre for the Development of Enterprise will also be addressed.
