The Bureau of Gender Affairs has extended an invitation to the public to attend events which will be held in recognition of International Women???s Day.

Women of Purpose will host a Youth Engagement on Human Trafficking at the Ellerton Wesleyan Holiness Church, Ellerton, St. George, on Friday, March 7, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

On the Day, Saturday, March 8, the Barbados Mother???s Union will host a panel discussion on The Mothers??? Union and Families Working Together in the Community at George Lamming Primary School Flint Hall, St. Michael at 4:30 p.m.

This year???s International Women???s Day theme is Inspiring Change.
