A background in science and a desire to give back will be the winning combination for young people interested in the National Council for Science and Technology’s (NCST) volunteer programme.

Persons will have the opportunity to assist children, ages six to 12, in learning more about science and technology via initiatives hosted by the NCST throughout the year.

Potential candidates, who must be between 17 and 25 years old, must have good communication skills; be interested in working with children; be currently pursuing science-based studies or have studied up to CAPE or ???A’ Level.

Persons desirous of working with the programme should send short curriculum vitae, detailing their academic and other relevant experience to NCST Senior Technical Officer, Arlene Weekes, at arlene.weekes@barbados.gov.bb.??
