The Barbados Tourism Investment Inc. (BTI) advises the public that phase two of the Salt Pond Flood Mitigation Project has been completed.
As a result, motorists will be permitted to traverse along the reconstructed KNR Husbands Highway Bridge, Speightstown, St. Peter, from Monday, December 20.
All temporary traffic diversions and alternative routes will be discontinued. The public is asked to exercise caution while traversing Speightstown and its environs as traffic returns to normalcy.
The BTI thanks the public for their co-operation and apologises for any inconvenience caused during the scheduled works.
