A one-day seminar entitled Labour Legislation and Industrial Relations Best Practice, will be held on Thursday, February 24, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., on the 2nd Floor of the Warrens Office Complex, Warrens, St. Michael.
This session is part of a sustained effort by the Labour Department to sensitise employers about labour laws and best practices as they seek to bring about a greater degree of cooperation between them and their employees.
The Ministry of Labour is in the process of revising several pieces of legislation to facilitate effective workplace management.??
