Members of the public will get an opportunity to pose their questions on employment relations, when the Department of Labour hosts two free seminars to discuss employee rights and best practices in the workplace.

The first seminar will be held on Wednesday, September 28, at the Warrens Office Complex, Warrens, St. Michael; and repeated on Thursday, September 29, at the same location. Both sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Topics to be discussed include: the new Shops Act, the Holidays with Pay Act, the Employment Rights Act and best practices for emerging workplace issues.
