Some 40 small business persons will have an opportunity to learn more about occupational safety and health practice when the Labour Department continues its series of seminars later this month.

The next seminar will take place on Thursday, November 13, in the Amphitheatre, First floor, Warrens Office Complex, Warrens, St. Michael from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Topics to be discussed include ‘Industrial Relations Best Practice’ and ‘An Overview of the Safety and Health at Work Act, 2005.’

The seminars are part of the Ministry’s effort to keep employers, employees and other stakeholders abreast of pertinent legislative issues.
