Members of the public will have a final opportunity tomorrow, Saturday, April 21, to receive weekend income tax filing assistance from the Barbados Revenue Authority (BRA).

Manager of Customer Service with the Authority, Fay Greenidge, encouraged persons who have not yet filed their income tax returns and are having issues to visit the tax clinics.

Ms. Greenidge urged: “Take advantage of the opportunity to receive help from our officers as this will be the last for this tax filing season. We will continue to open our Customer Service offices at the Treasury Building and the Holetown Public Complex from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, this week our Tax Filing Pop Ups are at the Resource Centres in Briar Hall, Christ Church and Speightstown, St. Peter from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.”

She stated, however, that persons could still receive assistance from the BRA’s offices during the week. “But for those who are not able to visit us at that time, we are urging them to make a special effort to visit this last weekend tax clinic for the filing season.

“I cannot stress how important it is for persons not to miss this opportunity to receive any form of help they need, may it be a forgotten email address or a password reset; come out this Saturday and let us help you,” Ms. Greenidge urged.
