The National Disabilities Unit will be offering Sign Language Courses for persons interested in learning this skill.

Classes will begin on Monday, October 7 and will be held twice weekly. Participants have the option of attending on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Sessions will be held at the Irvine Wilson School, Pine Plantation Road, St. Michael from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. 

Courses are open to persons 16 and older and are offered at Basic 1, Basic 2 or Intermediate level.

Registration will take place on Monday during the first class or at the National Disabilities Unit, 1st Floor, NUPW Headquarters, Dalkeith, St. Michael.

A nominal fee will be charged. For more information, interested persons should call 535-3600.
