The public is asked to note that from Monday, June 15, legislative amendments to the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2019-19; Companies (Amendment) (No 2) Act, 2019-51; Societies with Restricted Liability (Amendment) Act, 2019-42; and Limited Partnerships (Amendment) Act, 2019-47, will take effect at the Corporate Registry.
These amendments will impact the dissolution of companies in various circumstances; beneficial ownership, responsibility for the management of companies and limited partnerships; the filing of annual returns; the striking off policy, in addition to numerous other matters.
