As part of its community outreach programme and in celebration of Black History Month, the National Library Service of the Ministry of Community Development and Culture will host a panel discussion this Friday, February 26.

Entitled "The Psychology of Change -The Black Experience", the session will take place at the library’s headquarters, Independence Square, at 7:00 p.m.

The panelists are historian and Head of the Department of History and Philosophy, University of the West Indies, Dr. Frederick Ochieng’Odhiambo; social and political theorist, Dr. Aaron Kamugisha; psychologists,?? Dr. Grace Fayombo and Dr. Marcus Lashley; and businessman, Muhammad Nassar. The moderator will be historian, Trevor Marshall.
