The St. Lucy Constituency Council aims to empower residents within the constituency through the development of educational programmes.

To this end, the Council has formed an Education Committee, which will conduct a series of workshops under the theme Building Relationships…Developing Skills for Life.

The sessions will take place at the St. Lucy Primary School, in Trents beginning Tuesday, March 22 at 6:00 p.m.

Trained Christian Counselors will discuss Dating and Mating Selection; Preparing for Marriage; Adjusting to Marriage; Children and Parenting; Communication Skills; Conflict Resolution Skills; Role Relationships; and Affection and Sexuality.

Interested persons may register for these workshops at the Council office, which is located at the St. Lucy’s Welfare Office, Benthams, St. Lucy, next Tuesday, March 15, from 6:00 p.m. They may also contact the office at 439-8200.
