Towards the end of the month and into early May, Barbadians will get greater insight into the work of students in the Division of Fine Arts of the Barbados Community College (BCC), when PORTFOLIO 2011 is staged at the Frank Collymore Hall.

In the interim, however, the media will be given the opportunity to hear first-hand from programme coordinators and student representatives of the seven portfolios that make up the season that runs from April 27 to May 8.

The BCC will host a press conference next Wednesday, April 13, in the Morningside Gallery, to launch the month of performances and exhibitions of 104 graduating students, who will showcase talent in dance, music, theatre, visual arts and fashion design, among others.

The press conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the BCC.
