The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, in collaboration with the United Nations Children???s Fund, will host Education Officers from the region at a Focal Point meeting from Wednesday, October 1 to Friday, October 3.
The officers, representing 12 territories, are the focal points for the Child Friendly Schools (CFS) in their territories and the Schools Positive Behaviour Management Programme (SPBMP) in Barbados.
In addition to discussions on each territory???s implementation progress and formalising a policy document, participants will visit four schools on the first day.??Deliberations will be held at the Blue Horizon Hotel, Worthing, Christ Church.
