The Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training is developing a policy on Special Needs/Inclusive Education.

To this end, it will be holding a town hall meeting to allow members of the public to make their contributions towards the policy on Tuesday, October 29, at The St. Michael School, Martindales Road, St. Michael, beginning at 6:00 p.m.

A panel comprising stakeholders in education, and in particular, special needs education will make short presentations, and members of the general public will then be invited to make their submissions.

Deputy Chief Education Officer, Dr. Roderick Rudder, will be the moderator for the meeting, which is being held under the theme: Ensuring Success for all Students: Inclusive Education.
