Government’s Community Development Department is continuing its outreach programme in several communities over the next three months.
To this end, the department will be conducting additional courses at Community/Resource Centres across the island.
These are floral arrangement, at the Speightstown Community/Resource Centre from March 23 to May 29, and leather craft at the Sargeants Village Community/Resource Centre in Christ Church from March 24 to June 5.
A course in lingerie design and creation will also take place at the Valley Resource Centre in St. George from March 24 to June 19 and aesthetics, which involves training in waxing, pedicures, massages and manicures, will be held at the Parkinson Community/Resource Centre, St. Michael from April 01 to July 3, 2009.
