The National Housing Corporation (NHC) will soon begin construction of 146 houses in Parish Land, St. Philip, under its Housing Every Last Person (HELP) Programme.

The news came today from an official at the NHC, who said that, “the houses will be built on approximately 3,000 to 4,000 square feet of land, with a floor space of 644 square feet and consisting of two-bedrooms.” He added that houses constructed under HELP, in Coverley and Fairy Valley in Christ Church would be of similar shape and size.

HELP is an initiative of the Corporation to provide high quality housing, at a low cost to first-time home owners.
