Three more senior job opportunities await Barbadians in the Canadian tourism sector.

Word of this has come from the National Employment Bureau (NEB) of the Ministry of Labour, which is now inviting interested persons to apply for the positions of Restaurant, Hotel and Spa Managers.

For the position of Restaurant Manager, applicants must be experienced in management, customer service, and extensive fine-dining, while multi-tasking, conflict resolution, and verbal and written communication skills would be an asset.

Applicants for the position of Hotel Manager will be required to manage resort operations for guest services, in-rooms division and the food and beverage departments. They should have the relevant experience in these areas and excellent problem solving skills.

Those persons seeking to fill the Spa Manager’s post must possess the requisite sociable expertise associated with managing a hotel, health spa, be well organised and have a strong work ethic.

To register, persons should apply to the NEB, 2nd Floor, National Insurance Building, Fairchild Street, Bridgetown, as soon as possible.

Applicants are required to produce a valid Barbados passport; four passport-sized photographs; a clean Police Certificate of Character; a typed, detailed résumé, and two job references. Unsuitable applications will not be acknowledged.
