The Fisheries Division of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Water Resource Management is inviting all fisherfolk to a series of national consultations on a Draft Sub-Regional Resource Management Plan for the Eastern Caribbean Flying Fish.

Fishers, boat owners, vendors, processors and other stakeholders are encouraged to come out to St. Mark’s Church Hall, Consett Bay, St. John on Thursday, January 24, for the first of these consultations.

The other venues and dates are as follows: Speightstown Fish Market, St. Peter, on Saturday, January 26; The Berinda Cox Fish Market (Fisherfolk Room), Oistins, Christ Church, on Saturday, February 2; and the Bridgetown Fisheries Division, Princess Alice Highway, St. Michael, on Saturday, February 9. All of the consultations will begin at 6:00 p.m.
