The Barbados National Standards Institution (BNSI), in collaboration with the CARICOM Regional Organisation for Standards and Quality, will host a national dialogue on Quality Infrastructure (QI) Export Support for the local agro-processing sector.

The workshops will be held virtually from Tuesday, September 7, starting at 9:00 a.m., and continue on Wednesday, September 8, to Friday, September 10, from 9:30 a.m. each day.

The objectives of the sessions are to increase the awareness of quality in enhancing business competitiveness; promote greater understanding of the role of QI in the development of the agro-processing sector, and to provide guidance to QI institutions on matching services to meet the demands of agro-processors.
