The National Cultural Foundation will host a Writers in Schools and Education Christmas Teacher Training Workshop on Creative Writing.
The workshop, which will run from December 19 to 23, will focus on writing techniques and include feedback of participants’ work through ‘critique circles’.
It will be held in the Media Resource Department’s auditorium in the Elsie Payne Complex at the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation’s headquarters on Constitution Road, St. Michael, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. daily.
To register, interested teachers should email their name, contact information, the name of the school and the age group they teach, to the NCF’s Literary Arts Officer, Ayesha Gibson-Gill, at ayesha-gibson-gill@ncf.bb, or call 417-6625.
Registration closes on Friday, December 16; however, with limited spaces available, individuals are asked to register as early as possible.
