"The Role and Responsibility of the Writer in Shaping the Identity of a Developing Society" will be the title of a panel discussion being coordinated by the National Cultural Foundation (NCF) next week.

It will be held at the Grand Salle on Thursday, November 12, at 7:00 p.m.

The Panelists will speak on several issues related to the media, music, art and film, as well as the traditional role of the writer and how the interpretation of their works affect notions of Barbadian identity.

All persons are invited to attend and take part in the discussion which is being organised by the NCF’s Literary Arts Desk.
