The National Council on Substance Abuse (NCSA) is inviting 12 to17-year-old secondary school students to enter the 2009 art competition, themed Know the Facts. Make the Choice.
Entries must be in colour and submitted in landscape format on 11" x17" paper.?? Art work will not be returned.
Prizes include electronic equipment, bicycles and a laptop computer. The winning entries will be featured in the 2010 NCSA calendar.
