Elections for a new executive of the St. James Parish Independence Committee will now be held on Sunday, March 6, at the Holders Hill Pavilion, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Residents of the parish are encouraged to participate in the selection process by attending the meeting.
The positions on the executive are chairperson, deputy chairperson, secretary, treasurer, assistant secretary treasurer, public relations officer and four floor members. Persons interested in serving on the executive should be 18 years or older and reside in St. James.
