Showers of blessings poured down as Senator Reverend, Dr. David Durant, invoked prayers to sanctify the new headquarters of the Office of the Attorney General and the Ministry of Home Affairs, last Friday.
During the brief ceremony Reverend Durant asked God to guide staff throughout their daily and working lives and urged them to continue working together as a unit and team.
Attorney General and Minister of Home Affairs, Adriel Brathwaite, told staff it was only fitting that the new and more spacious location be consecrated, and he hoped that this would set the tone for continued productivity as it was important not only for his staff but people in general to "put God in everything that they do".
The Office of the Attorney General, its Chambers and the Ministry of Home Affairs is now located at the Jones Business Centre, Webster Industrial Park, Wildey, St. Michael.
