Fifty-two year old attorney-at-law, Maureen Crane-Scott, was sworn in today as Barbados’ newest High Court Judge. She took the oath of office from Governor-General, Sir Clifford Husbands, in a short ceremony at Government House.

Madame Justice Crane-Scott, who brings some 29 years experience as an attorney-at-law to her new post, is the former Registrar of the Supreme Court.
