Transition to Democracy and Human Rights is the title of a new online course, which will be launched on Monday, February 19, by the Massive Open Online Course Chile project.
The course will be offered in Spanish with English subtitles via the website http://moocchile.com. There will be no limit to the number of online participants, and the deadline for completion of the course will remain open.
