Members of the public are advised that effective today, Friday, May 21, daytime parking on the Winston Scott Polyclinic compound in Jemmotts Lane, St. Michael, is reserved for staff, disabled clients, emergency personnel and delivery vehicles.

Visitors are asked to make use of the vacant parking lot next to the National Blood Collecting Centre, as well as the parking lot at the old Ministry of Health complex, on the opposite side of the road, at Jemmotts Lane.

After hours and on weekends, visitors may use the parking lot at the polyclinic, depending on availability.

Persons are reminded that there are limitations on occupancy at all polyclinics, therefore, only persons seeking medical care will be allowed in the building.

Minors and patients who need a health care proxy may be accompanied by one adult. Those seeking medical care are asked to maintain the appropriate physical distance to decrease the risk of unintended cross infection while awaiting entry.

The Ministry of Health and Wellness thanks the public for its cooperation in this matter.
