The Student Revolving Loan Fund (SRLF) has implemented new operating procedures to protect its clients and staff against the COVID-19 virus.

The Fund in a social media post stated that it was committed to the health and success of its beneficiaries and staff and was “very cognizant of the threat by the COVID-19 virus”.

As a result, it has put a number of steps in place “to protect all concerned” which it pointed out was in alignment with national and international recommendations.

For customers who find it necessary to visit their office at the Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training, Constitution Road, St. Michael, the SRLF has outlined some alternatives to assist with a steady flow of business “while protecting everyone’s wellbeing”.

Persons who have any of these symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath, and travelled to (including transited through) a country considered to pose a risk of coronavirus transmission in the 14 days before getting sick, are asked not to visit the office.

This also applies to those who have had contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having COVID-19.
