Former Chief Estate Officer at the National Housing Corporation, Ewald Mullin, receiving a gift for??32 years of service from Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Marilyn Rice Bowen.????

Nineteen staff members who retired last year were rewarded for their years of service to the National Housing Corporation (NHC) at a dinner held last Saturday evening, at Almond Bay in Hastings, Christ Church.

The retirees present at the function included Ewald Mullin (Chief Estate Officer- 32 years), Alston Lashley (Maintenance Officer – 37 years), Jeanette Murray (Assistant Accountant – 40 years) and Grafton Mayers (Operator One – 30 years).

??Acting General Manager of the NHC, Lanette Napoleon-Young, thanked the retirees for their years of dedication to the Corporation. The NHC head also expressed gratitude to current staff for their commitment and emphasised that the organisation would need "every hand to the plough" to meet the demands of the public for affordable housing.

Also present were Minister of Housing and Lands, Michael Lashley, Chairperson, Marilyn Rice-Bowen, Acting Deputy General Manager, Garvey Alleyne, and members of the Board.??
