The public is invited to a free lecture and panel discussion being hosted by the National Library Service, in association with the Barcode Network.

The lecture, entitled Digital Transformation: Re-Engineering Barbados, will be held on Tuesday, September 3, at the National Library Service, Independence Square, Bridgetown, from 5:30 p.m.

Panellists for the discussion will be Director of the Data Processing Department, Rodney Taylor; Special Envoy & Advisor to the Minister of Innovation, Science & Smart Technology, Dr. Annalee Babb; Director of Barcode Network & Software Developer, Shannon Clarke; CARICOM Director of Aion Blockchain, Roland Haggins; Lecturer in Information Technology at the University of the West Indies, Dr. Curtis Gittens; and Chair of the Barbados Chapter of the Internet Society, David Smith.   The moderator will be Chief Executive Officer of Tokamak Technology, Andre Haynes.

Free parking for the lecture and discussion will be provided in the BTI car park.
