Members of the public are invited to nominate Barbadian women who have made significant contributions to nation building to be a part of a National Pictorial Display to celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8.
Those persons who are interested in nominating a female should submit the name, contact information and a sentence or two on the nominee’s achievement to the Bureau of Gender Affairs, Clarence Greenidge House, Barbados Public Workers’ Complex, Belmont Road, St. Michael, by Friday, February 20.
A picture of the nominee may be mounted in the Bureau’s National Pictorial Display.
